The host agrees to provide a table in a covered well lit area. Indoors is preferred in warm weather and it is best to place the paint area away from loud music, busy doors/pathways and BBQ/smoke areas. Our artists, makeup or balloons cannot be in the direct sun at any time as it damages the products. *
The artist takes 3-5 mins for face paint or balloons. They need to have room to work without being crowded, no unattended children at the station. *
A non-refundable retainer is required when booking to reserve the time with an artist, this goes towards the total balance. The full payment is due for events booked within two weeks. We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. Payments are non refundable, in the event of an emergency, parties may be rescheduled with a fee.  *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
