Welcome to the Minot Curling Club.

This form is for contact information and to determine which dues you need to pay for the 2020-21 season. You will need to pay dues on a different link after completing this form.

Please consider the full USCA membership.  If you choose this level, your will be supporting the USCA in their programs for competition and promotion of curling (including the Olympic teams). You will also receive the Curling News, be eligible to compete in events outside of our club events such as playdowns, out of town bonspiels, etc.  The extra $35 per person goes directly to the USCA for their programs.  This will also include the use of a locker in our clubroom.

In addition, you will note the $10 insurance fee per member.  This fee goes to our insurance provider for liability protection.  This is required for every member, in addition to their signature on the liability release that is located at the club. The fee will automatically be applied to single and family memberships, but if your family has more then 2 people, you'll need to add the additional peoples insurance fee seperately.
