Schedule Change Request Form
Please use this form for requesting a schedule change for the 2022-2023 school year.

This is a REQUEST. Please allow up to one week for a counselor to respond to your request. If this is a simple request you will not be called to the counseling office.  So, check your schedule in progress book to see the changes you requested in an updated schedule.

 Please do not fill out multiple requests.

Reasons for a request:
-Scheduled in two of the same courses (for example 2 English or 2 Maths but should only be in 1)
-Schedule in the wrong course (scheduled into Honors instead of CP or CP instead of Honors) **This does not include wanting to drop an honors or AP course that you originally signed up for
-Missing a required course in my schedule
-Don't have enough courses or have too many courses (must have 6 credits total unless you are a senior who qualified for senior privilege and then you can have 5)

Reasons a request will NOT be granted:
-Teacher change
-Period change
-To accommodate early release or late arrival
-Changed my mind on a course I originally signed up for
-To be in class with friends
-To have a different lunch
