Iscrizione

Per l’iscrizione durante il periodo scolastico, è richiesta la compilazione del relativo modulo d’iscrizione e del modulo unico delle autorizzazioni (al cui interno è presente la parte dedicata all’“autorizzazione e delega per il ritiro dell’iscritto” da corredare con le fotocopie dei documenti di identità delle persone autorizzate) oltre che la firma per accettazione del presente regolamento, da parte dei genitori o di chi esercita l’autorità parentale. L’iscrizione al servizio extrascolastico durante le settimane di vacanza cantonale (servizio “My Weeks”) è necessaria solo per i bambini non iscritti a My School Ticino (d’ora in poi indicati come “esterni”) e i bambini iscritti ai servizi My Child e My Kid con abbonamento D. L’iscrizione sarà possibile attraverso la compilazione

-del modulo di iscrizione digitale

-della documentazione ad esso connessa.

Per i bambini già iscritti all’Istituto Scolastico My School Ticino (My Child e My Kid) con abbonamento A, B e C il servizio e il costo My Weeks sono compresi nella retta annuale ma è comunque richiesta alle famiglie una conferma di frequenza.

Per i bambini iscritti all’Istituto Scolastico My School Ticino (My Child e My Kid) con abbonamento D, i servizi pranzo e pausa pranzo dalle 12.00 alle 13.30, secondo calendario cantonale, nelle giornate di lunedì, martedì, giovedì e venerdì sono compresi nella retta annuale.

Le iscrizioni al servizio extrascolastico offerto durante le settimane di vacanze estive (servizio “Summer Camp”) si realizzano entro fine maggio. Per l’iscrizione è richiesta da parte di tutti i frequentanti la compilazione del modulo di iscrizione e della documentazione ad esso connessa.

La direzione di My School Ticino, previa verifica della disponibilità della frequenza scelta, potrà confermare o meno l’iscrizione. In assenza di riscontri da parte della direzione l’iscrizione non può intendersi confermata. Nel caso in cui, anche a seguito del pagamento, la direzione riscontri (per qualsivoglia ragione) di non poter accettare l’iscrizione, il pagamento sarà restituito.

I genitori (o chi esercita l’attività parentale) in caso di patologie, intolleranze e/o allergie del bambino, dovranno consegnare un certificato medico.

Al momento dell’iscrizione, i genitori (o chi esercita l’attività parentale) confermano che il bambino iscritto è assicurato RC (di cui è richiesta copia).

Rette/orario

a) Rette durante il periodo scolastico:

Costo frequenza oraria: 10 Fr./h

Costo pasto: 9 Fr

Costo merenda: 1 Fr. –(in caso di uscita dopo le 16.00)

b)- Doposcuola ad iscrizione mensile:

84 Fr. al mese per un pomeriggio alla settimana,

220 Fr. al mese per 5 pomeriggi alla settimana,

nelle seguenti giornate e fasce orarie: lunedì, martedì, giovedì, venerdì dalle 16.00 alle 18.00

mercoledì dalle 13.30 alle 16.00 oppure dalle 16.00 alle 18.00

Nelle attività dalle 16 alle 18 la merenda è inclusa.

-Tariffe mensili per la frequenza del mercoledí da parte di bambini iscritti all'abbonamento D:

Robotica e Coding:

I corsi dei livelli propedeutico e base sono compresi nell’abbonamento B e C.

I bambini esterni o i bambini interni iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con Abb A e D potranno partecipare al corso iscrivendosi al servizio extrascolastico pomeridiano al costo mensile di Fr. 84.

I corsi dei livelli intermedio e avanzato richiedono un contributo maggiorato da parte delle famiglie.

Il costo mensile è di Fr.20- per bambini iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con Abb B, C.

Fr.104 - per bambini esterni o per bambini interni iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con Abb A e D.

Corsi ad iscrizione quadrimestrale (costo a quadrimestre):

Nuoto: -200 Fr. per bambini iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con abbonamento A, B e C

-500 Fr. per bambini esterni o per bambini iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con abbonamento D

Closlieu: (Pacchetto da 5 incontri):

125 Fr. per bambini iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con abbonamento B e C

180 Fr. per bambini esterni e per bambini iscritti a My Child/ My Kid con abbonamento A e D

•Se due o più fratelli frequentano una delle strutture di My School Ticino simultaneamente, dal secondo figlio si concede uno sconto del 20% sulla sua retta di frequenza (sono esclusi da questa scontistica i corsi opzionali di potenziamento linguistico, i corsi di Nuoto, di Robotica e di Closlieu). •Per ogni ora o parte di ora supplementare utilizzata in più rispetto all’abbonamento concordato, sarà fatturata la tariffa oraria di Fr. 10.00/ora.

•I costi sopra indicati sono relativi all’anno scolastico 2022/2023 e potranno subire aggiornamenti previa comunicazione.

•Sulla retta del servizio extrascolastico (dedotto il costo dei pasti e la quota considerata “contributo spese” per i corsi di Nuoto, Robotica e Closlieu) per le famiglie residenti in Canton Ticino e aventi i requisiti previsti dalle normative, dal 1°ottobre 2018, è possibile beneficiare degli aiuti soggettivi (agevolazioni applicabili direttamente in fattura) previsti dal Cantone stesso, dietro presentazione della documentazione necessaria.

Pagamenti

Le fatture per le iscrizioni durante il periodo scolastico sono emesse mensilmente o quadrimestralmente, a seconda della tipologia di iscrizione; vengono emesse ad inizio mese per il mese/quadrimestre in corso. Il pagamento della retta per il servizio My Weeks (settimane cantonali) e Summer Camp (settimane

estive) deve essere effettuato come da fattura.

Il pagamento delle fatture costituisce condizione essenziale per la prestazione del servizio. Non si accettano pagamenti in contanti.

Assenze

Le assenze, rispetto alle giornate di frequenza previste, devono essere comunicate, tempestivamente e per iscritto, alla responsabile del centro extrascolastico e alla segreteria, alla mail: myextraschool@myschoolticino.ch

In caso di malattia è richiesta la piena disponibilità da parte della famiglia ad occuparsi del bambino e dargli le cure necessarie. In caso di malattia:

-il bambino sarà allontanato dalla struttura (come misura di carattere preventivo rispetto alla collettività e nella salvaguardia dell’individuo che necessita di cure);

- il bambino non potrà frequentare la struttura, neanche sotto l’effetto di medicamenti, fino a completa guarigione;

- in caso di malattie virali e/o infettive, il bambino sarà riammesso previo certificato medico. Importante: il personale della struttura non è autorizzato ad effettuare provvedimenti sanitari oppure alla somministrazione di medicamenti.

Sono previste alcune eccezioni (in caso di farmaci salvavita o adozione di misure di urgenza) che saranno valutate di volta in volta, documentate da richieste scritte dal medico curante e regolate da precisi criteri salvaguardanti la responsabilità del personale educante.

•Non è possibile recuperare i giorni di assenza e non saranno riconosciuti rimborsi o riduzioni per gli stessi.

•In caso di assenza (per malattia o altro) la quota pasti mensile o settimanale non subirà variazioni.

•In caso di assenza del conduttore dell’attività in calendario, la stessa verrà sostituita con un’altra proposta senza rimborsi.

•In caso di assenza dell’insegnante di Robotica, l’incontro verrà recuperato successivamente.

•In caso di assenza del bambino al corso di nuoto, la piscina mette a disposizione dell’assente un ingresso gratuito.

Entrata e uscita degli alunni

Al momento dell’iscrizione vi chiediamo di compilare il “modulo unico delle autorizzazioni” al cui interno è presente la parte dedicata all’ “autorizzazione e delega per il ritiro dell’alunno”.

Con questo documento i genitori con potestà, autorizzano persone maggiorenni altre da sé a ritirare il bambino, allegando la copia dei documenti di identità. All’entrata i bambini sono lasciati dalle famiglie al personale educativo. Al termine della giornata, il personale educativo consegna il minore ai genitori o ad altro adulto delegato. Vi rendiamo attenti che la responsabilità del personale educativo del servizio extrascolastico (e più in generale della struttura scolastica My School Ticino) nei confronti del bambino inizia nel momento in cui il genitore e/o persona delegata, affida il bambino al personale educativo di sezione e cessa nel momento in cui il bambino viene “consegnato” all’adulto autorizzato. Gli spazi interni di accoglienza e tutti i giardini esterni della struttura scolastica (nido, scuola dell’infanzia e scuola elementare) sono ad uso esclusivo della stessa; al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza dei vostri figli, il benessere di tutti i bambini e agevolare il lavoro degli educatori con i bambini ancora presenti a scuola, è vietato rimanere in queste aree dopo aver “ritirato” i propri figli e recuperato i propri oggetti personali. Non è ammesso il consumo di merende nel giardino esterno e/o negli spazi di accoglienza e neppure la permanenza per fini diversi. Vi chiediamo di prendere atto di quanto sopra e di comunicarlo anche alle persone che hanno ricevuto da voi la delega (nonni, baby-sitter, ecc.).

Validità e disdetta del contratto

Il presente Regolamento, unitamente al modulo di iscrizione, costituisce regolare contratto tra i Genitori, come sopra definiti, e My School Ticino. Il contratto si perfeziona con la firma dei genitori ed è valido a partire dalla data della firma e per tutta la durata della frequenza al centro extrascolastico, salvo disdetta. L’iscrizione alle attività extrascolastiche pomeridiane si intende rinnovata di mese in mese / di quadrimestre in quadrimestre, salvo differente comunicazione scritta da riceversi in forma cartacea o

via mail con preavviso di un mese al seguente indirizzo: myextraschool@myschoolticino.ch

In caso di disdetta durante il periodo di frequenza riservato, verrà richiesto il pagamento del mese in corso e del mese successivo dimissionario (come da abbonamento prescelto).

Per i corsi quadrimestrali, in caso di disdetta durante il periodo di frequenza, verrà richiesto esclusivamente il pagamento del quadrimestre in corso.

Nei periodi di vacanza cantonale o estiva, in caso di disdetta precedente all’inizio della settimana di iscrizione verrà richiesto il pagamento della prima settimana di frequenza riservata (come da abbonamento prescelto).

In caso di disdetta, durante il periodo di frequenza riservato, verrà richiesto il pagamento della settimana in corso e della successiva dimissionaria (come da abbonamento prescelto). L’eventuale invalidità o nullità di una delle clausole del contratto non determinerà la nullità dell’intero contratto, ma solo delle suddette clausole.

Varie

• È vietato introdurre cibo dall’esterno se non preventivamente concordato con le educatrici o la direttrice (ad esempio: colazione, merenda…).

• Non è ammessa l’introduzione del cellulare. Per telefonate e comunicazioni urgenti si farà uso del telefono scolastico.

• In caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento di oggetti, giochi, indumenti o accessori personali My School Ticino non si assume responsabilità;

• Su tutti gli indumenti ed accessori personali (scarpe, sciarpe, guanti, cuffia, cappellini, ecc.) è necessario indicare il nome del bambino;

•Si consiglia di far indossare al bambino scarpe comode e adottare un abbigliamento pratico, che il bambino riesca a gestire in autonomia.

•Occorre lasciare in sede uno spazzolino da denti personale e un cambio completo.

•Nel periodo estivo occorre lasciare in sede (dal lunedì al venerdì): cappellino da sole, crema protezione solare, costume e telo da bagno, braccioli, impermeabile leggero.

• Sono parte integrante del presente regolamento il “modulo unico delle autorizzazioni”, le deleghe e liberatorie di cui si richiede compilazione e firma da parte dei genitori oppure delle persone che esercitano l’autorità parentale.

Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente

Al presente contratto si applica la legge svizzera. Ogni controversia derivante dal presente contratto o comunque ad esso connessa sarà deferita all'esclusiva competenza del Tribunale di Lugano.

Privacy

My School Ticino è il detentore di una collezione di dati personali ai sensi della normativa svizzera applicabile in materia di protezione dei dati personali, Legge federale sulla protezione dei dati (LPD) del 19 giugno 1992 (Stato 1° gennaio 2014) e titolare del trattamento ai sensi del Regolamento Europeo 679/2016 – Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (GDPR).

I soggetti interessati dai trattamenti dei dati personali, ai sensi del presente Regolamento sono:

• Bambini iscritti/in fase di iscrizione al My School;

• Genitori dei bambini o persone detentrici della patria potestà;

I dati personali raccolti possono essere i seguenti:

a) dati anagrafici (Nome, Cognome, Sesso, Data di nascita);

b) dati di contatto (inclusi email, indirizzo, numero di telefono);

c) dati anagrafici dei figli minori e informazioni relativi allo stato di salute degli stessi.

È stato nominato un responsabile della protezione dei dati (Data Protection Officer) contattabile all’indirizzo privacy@medacta.ch per qualunque informazione inerente il trattamento dei dati personali e sull’esercizio dei diritti di accesso, modifica, cancellazione dei dati e ogni altro diritto previsto dalla normativa applicabile. I dati saranno trattati esclusivamente per finalità legate all’espletamento del servizio scolastico o extra-scolastico richiesto dai soggetti interessati.

Ogni trattamento dei dati personali effettuato per finalità ulteriori dovrà essere autorizzato per iscritto dai soggetti interessati. I dati saranno trattati con la massima riservatezza, ai sensi della normativa applicabile, e non saranno comunicati a terzi non autorizzati da My School.

Enrolment

For enrolment during the school term, completion of the relevant enrolment form and the single authorisation form is required (inside which there is a section on "authorisation and proxy for withdrawal of enrolment" to be accompanied by photocopies of the identity documents of the authorised persons) as well as the signature for acceptance of these regulations by the parents or those exercising parental authority. Registration for the extracurricular service during cantonal holiday weeks ("My Weeks" service) is only necessary for children who are not registered with My School Ticino (henceforth referred to as "outsiders") and children registered for My Child and My Kid services with D subscription.

Registration will be possible by completing

-of the digital registration form

-of the associated documentation.

For children already enrolled in My School Ticino (My Child and My Kid) with an A, B and C subscription, the My Weeks service and cost are included in the annual fee but families are still required to confirm attendance.

For children enrolled in My School Ticino (My Child and My Kid) with a D subscription, lunch and lunch break services from 12.00 to 13.30, according to the cantonal calendar, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are included in the annual fee.

Enrolments for the extracurricular service offered during the summer holiday weeks ("Summer Camp" service) take place by the end of May. For enrolment, all participants are required to complete the enrolment form and the associated documentation.

The management of My School Ticino, after checking the availability of the chosen frequency, may confirm or reject the enrolment. In the absence of feedback from the management, enrolment cannot be considered confirmed.

If, even after payment, the management finds (for whatever reason) that it cannot accept the enrolment, the payment will be refunded.

Parents (or parental caregivers) in the event of their child's illnesses, intolerances and/or allergies must submit a medical certificate. At the time of enrolment, the parents (or parental caregiver) confirm that the child enrolled is covered by third party liability insurance (a copy of which is required).

Fees / Timetable

a)Tuition fees during the school term:

Hourly attendance fee: 10 Fr./h

Cost of meal: 9 Fr

Snack cost: 1 Fr. -(in case of going out after 4 p.m.)

b)- After-school with monthly enrolment:

84 Fr. per month for one afternoon per week,

220 Fr. per month for 5 afternoons per week,

on the following days and times Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A snack is included in the activities from 4 to 6 pm.

-Monthly rates for Wednesday attendance by children enrolled in D:

Wednesday attendance at the canteen service (meal cost): Fr. 128

Wednesday lunch break attendance (11.45 a.m./1.30 p.m): Fr.164

Wednesday afternoon lunch break attendance (11.45 a.m./ 4 p.m): Fr 211

c) Monthly enrolment courses (cost per months):

Courses at the propaedeutic and basic levels are included in Abb B and C.

External children or internal children enrolled in My Child/ My Kid with Subscription A and D can participate in the course by signing up for the afternoon extracurricular service at a monthly cost of CHF 84.

Courses at intermediate and advanced levels require a higher contribution from families.

The monthly cost is Fr.20- for children enrolled in My Child/ My Kid with Subscription B, C.

Fr.104- for external children or internal children enrolled in My Child/ My Kid with Subscription A and D.

Four-month enrolment courses (cost per four months):

Swimming:

200 Fr. for children enrolled in My Child/ My Kid with A, B and C subscription

500 Fr. for out-of-school children or My Child/ My Kid with D membership

Closlieu: (5-meeting package)

125 Fr. for children enrolled in My Child/ My Kid with season tickets B and C

180 Fr. for out-of-school children and My Child/ My Kid with A and D subscription

• If two or more siblings attend one of My School Ticino's facilities at the same time, the second child is granted a 20% discount on his or her tuition fee (optional language strengthening courses, Swimming, Robotics and Closlieu courses are excluded from this discount).

• For each additional hour or part of an hour used in excess of the agreed subscription, an hourly rate of CHF 10.00/hour will be invoiced.

•The above costs relate to the 2022/2023 school year and may be subject to change subject to prior notification.

• On the fee for the extracurricular service (after deducting the cost of meals and the fee considered as a "contribution to expenses" for Swimming, Robotics and Closlieu courses) for families resident in the Canton of Ticino and meeting the requirements of the regulations, from 1 October 2018, it is possible to benefit from the subjective aid (reductions applicable directly on the invoice) provided by the Canton itself, upon presentation of the necessary documentation.

Payments

Invoices for enrolments during the school term are issued monthly or quarterly, depending on the type of enrolment; they are issued at the beginning of the month for the current month/quarter. Tuition fees for the My Weeks (cantonment weeks) and Summer Camp (summer weeks) service must be paid as invoiced. The payment of invoices is a prerequisite for the provision of the service. Payment in cash is not accepted.

Absences

Absences, in relation to the planned days of attendance, must be reported, in good time and in writing, to the head of the extracurricular centre and to the secretariat, by email:

In the event of illness, the family must be fully prepared to look after the child and give him/her the necessary care. In case of illness:

-the child will be removed from the facility (as a preventive measure in relation to the community and to safeguard the individual needing care);

- the child will not be allowed to attend the facility, even under the influence of medication, until he/she is fully recovered;

- in the event of viral and/or infectious diseases, the child will be readmitted subject to a medical certificate. Important: facility staff are not authorised to carry out medical measures or administer medication. There are some exceptions (in the case of life-saving medication or the adoption of emergency measures), which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, documented by written requests from the treating doctor and governed by precise criteria safeguarding the responsibility of the education staff.

-Days of absence cannot be made up and no refunds or reductions will be granted for them.

-In the event of absence (due to illness or otherwise), the monthly or weekly meal allowance will not change.

-In the event of the absence of the activity leader, the activity will be replaced with another proposal without refund.

-In case of absence of the Robotic teacher, the meeting will be made up later.

-In the event of the child's absence from the swimming lesson, the pool will provide the absentee with free admission.

Entry and exit of pupils

At the time of registration, we ask you to complete the "single authorisation form", which includes the section on "authorisation and proxy to collect the pupil". With this document, parents with parental authority authorise persons of age other than themselves to collect the child, enclosing a copy of their identity documents.

At the entrance the children are left by their families with the education staff. At the end of the day, the educational staff hands over the child to the parents or another delegated adult.

Please note that the responsibility of the educational staff of the extracurricular service (and more generally of the My School Ticino school structure) towards the child begins when the parent and/or delegated adult entrusts the child to the educational staff of the section and ceases when the child is "handed over" to the authorised adult.

The indoor reception areas and all the outdoor gardens of the school building (nursery, kindergarten and primary school) are for the exclusive use of the school; in order to ensure the maximum safety of your children, the well-being of all children and to facilitate the work of the educators with the children still at school, it is forbidden to remain in these areas after "picking up" your children and retrieving their personal belongings. It is not permitted to eat snacks in the outdoor garden and/or reception areas, nor is it permitted to stay for any other purpose.

We ask you to take note of the above and also to communicate this to the people who have been delegated by you (grandparents, babysitters, etc.).

Validity and termination of contract

These Regulations, together with the enrolment form, constitute a regular contract between the Parents, as defined above, and My School Ticino.

The contract is finalised with the signature of the parents and is valid from the date of signature and for the entire duration of attendance at the extracurricular centre, unless cancelled.

Enrolment in the afternoon extracurricular activities is understood to be renewed from month to month/quarter to quarter, unless otherwise notified in writing, to be received in hard copy or by email with one month's notice to the following address

In the event of cancellation during the reserved period of attendance, payment for the current month and the following month will be required (as per the chosen subscription).

For four-month courses, in the event of cancellation during the period of attendance, only payment for the current four-month period will be requested.

During cantonal or summer holidays, in the event of cancellation prior to the start of the enrolment week, payment of the first reserved week of attendance (as per chosen subscription) will be demanded.

In the event of cancellation during the reserved period of attendance, payment will be required for the current week and the subsequent week of cancellation (as per chosen subscription).

Any invalidity or nullity of one of the clauses of the contract will not result in the nullity of the entire contract, but only of the aforementioned clauses.

Miscellaneous

-It is forbidden to bring in food from outside unless previously agreed with the teachers or headmistress (e.g. breakfast, snack...).

- The introduction of mobile phones is not permitted. For telephone calls and urgent communications the school telephone will be used.

- My School Ticino accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of objects, games, clothing or personal accessories;

- The child's name must be indicated on all personal clothing and accessories (shoes, scarves, gloves, caps, etc.);

-It is advisable to have the child wear comfortable shoes and adopt practical clothing that the child can manage independently.

-A personal toothbrush and a complete change of clothes should be left at the child's home.

-In the summer period, the following must be left at the premises (Monday to Friday): sun hat, sun protection cream, swimming costume and towel, swimming trunks, light mackintosh.

- The 'single authorisation form', proxies and disclaimers, which must be completed and signed by parents or persons exercising parental authority, form an integral part of these regulations.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply to this contract. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lugano.

Privacy

My School Ticino is the holder of a collection of personal data within the meaning of the applicable Swiss data protection legislation, Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) of 19 June 1992 (as of 1 January 2014) and the controller within the meaning of European Regulation 679/2016 - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Those affected by the processing of personal data, pursuant to these Regulations are:

- Children enrolled/in the process of enrolling in My School;

- Parents of children or persons holding parental authority;

The personal data collected may be as follows: a) personal data (Name, Surname, Gender, Date of birth); b) contact data (including email, address, telephone number); c) personal data of minor children and information regarding their health status.

A Data Protection Officer has been appointed and can be contacted at privacy@medacta.ch for any information concerning the processing of personal data and on the exercise of the rights of access, modification, deletion of data and any other right provided for by the applicable legislation.

The data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the performance of the school or extra-curricular service requested by the data subjects. Any processing of personal data carried out for additional purposes must be authorised in writing by those concerned.

The data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable legislation, and will not be disclosed to third parties not authorised by My School.
