KiDS Camp 2024 - Volunteer Form
When is camp? June 24th-28th needed from 830am-1pm

What is included? Shirt, snacks, and all the fun!

Where? Simi Covenant Church - 4680 Alamo St Simi Valley, CA 93063

Who can be a volunteer? YOUTH: 7th-12th (If it’s a better fit, 6th graders may request to be a volunteer with the clear understanding that there is a code of conduct for all volunteers, and that they have transitioned into a leadership & serving role.)

ADULTS: 18+ are required to complete background check and abuse training. At the end, the form will give you a volunteer code to receive a 50% discount for your camper to use in the the Camper Form.
