AUS Accountability Formal Complaint Form
This is a form to submit formal complaints concerning an Executive or employee of AUS (in this case the Executive of the portfolio will also be informed of the complaint). You may submit a complaint through this form or by way of email. 

If you would like to file a complaint against any of the secretary generals please contact the AUS President or the AUS VP Internal. 

This is the formal complaint process, once one is submitted, the Accountability Committee will meet to discuss it and follow up. Please include as much detail as possible (dates, emails, time stamps...) if possible. 
If you request a follow-up on the matter please include it in your complaint.
