2020-2021 Glades 4-H Bona-Fide Member Form

In order to exhibit a beef, dairy, breeding or swine project at a 2020-2021 County, Regional or State Fair, eligible youth must be a bona-fide Glades County 4-H’er in that project area. Please fill out the information below and check all boxes stating you understand these requirements.

Please check every box stating that you understand the following is required to be a bona-fide Glades County 4-H member: *

The 4-H member must be a member of the respective Glades County 4-H Livestock club in which they wish to show at the fair.

As a 4-H Livestock exhibitor, you are governed by the 2020-2021 Show Rules and Regulations for your animal as issued by the County, Regional, or State Fair Association.

The 4-H’er must attend a minimum of 60% of club meetings that occur prior to the fair.

Members arriving late and/or leaving early to meetings, workshops, or activities will not necessarily be counted as having attended.

The 4-Her must turn in a final and completed record book by 5pm April 2, 2021, to the Glades County 4-H Office in order to show as a Glades County 4-H member in the 2022 show year.
