Please complete the following form to request one of the Union Omaha's Mascot, Hoot presented by Sage Capitol to appear in your upcoming event or program. Completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee a visit. Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. We encourage you to make your request as early as possible since requests will be responded to on a first-come, first served basis. Mascot appearances will be a maximum of one hour in length. All marketing materials for the event which mention an appearance by the Union Omaha mascot must be approved by Union Omaha prior to distribution.
