Down Payment = 184€ + Accommodation supplement (by your preference, upon availability).
Please bring the last 200€ of your Convention Ticket in cash to the convention.

Your Convention ticket includes:
- 3 meals a day

Both the camping ground and the rooms are within the exclusive convention space.

There is a limited amount of Double and Triple Rooms. They will be distributed first come first served. Expect them to be sold out very quickly!

To allow for more arrival and departure flexibility, you can stay in the convention venue already one night before, or extend one night after the convention. This will not be included in the convention ticket (location operates as a hotel), but we have negotiated priority and prices for these nights.

If coming from abroad, I am aware that I should clarify my own VISA situation and restrictions to travel to Egypt *
Book your visa in the official site and beware of sites charging you more than 25 USD. You can apply earliest 90 days before your incoming date at: https://visa2egypt.gov.eg/
Cancelation and Refund Policy declaration *

If you need to cancel your participation, after the registration and down payment has been performed, the following terms and conditions apply:

- Up to the 20th of June 2024 (4 months in advance), full deposit refund.
- Up to the 20th of August 2024 (2 months in advance), deposit refund minus 50€ processing fee*.
- Up to the 20th of September 2024 (1 month in advance), deposit refund minus 100€ processing and incurred costs fee*.
- After the 20th of September, no refund is possible**.


The ticket is nominal. If you cannot use your ticket, please contact us for possibilities to forward your ticket to a participant in the waiting list.

*You can choose to keep the full deposit as a voucher for your participation in the EAC’25. Else, only if the finances allow it, we may convert part of this cancellation fee into a discount voucher for the EAC’25.

**If the ticket can not be used or forwarded and the finances allow it, we may be able to offer you a voucher for next year’s event with part of the down payment. It will be communicated upon announcement of the next year’s event.



If *WE* need to cancel the convention later than the 20th of June 2024 due to major circumstances, the following terms and conditions apply:
You can choose between:
- Deposit refund minus 50€ processing and incurred costs fee, or    
- 100% of the deposit saved for the ticket of the Egypt Acro Convention 2025

Any already incurred individual travel expenses can unfortunately not be covered.

By joining the Egypt Acro Convention 2024, I am fully aware of the risks involved in this sport, and I take full responsibility for my own safety. I do not hold the teachers, organizers or hosts responsible for any injuries that might occur during this practice at the Convention.

I give AcroEgypt and its partners the permanent right and permission, (without needing to pay me), to use any videos or photos of me related to the Egypt Acro Convention and AcroEgypt events, anywhere in the world, using any media now known or created in the future. (We share them on our website & instagram)
