If you need to cancel your participation, after the registration and down payment has been performed, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Up to the 20th of June 2024 (4 months in advance), full deposit refund.
- Up to the 20th of August 2024 (2 months in advance), deposit refund minus 50€ processing fee*.
- Up to the 20th of September 2024 (1 month in advance), deposit refund minus 100€ processing and incurred costs fee*.
- After the 20th of September, no refund is possible**.
The ticket is nominal. If you cannot use your ticket, please contact us for possibilities to forward your ticket to a participant in the waiting list.
*You can choose to keep the full deposit as a voucher for your participation in the EAC’25. Else, only if the finances allow it, we may convert part of this cancellation fee into a discount voucher for the EAC’25.
**If the ticket can not be used or forwarded and the finances allow it, we may be able to offer you a voucher for next year’s event with part of the down payment. It will be communicated upon announcement of the next year’s event.
If *WE* need to cancel the convention later than the 20th of June 2024 due to major circumstances, the following terms and conditions apply:
You can choose between:
- Deposit refund minus 50€ processing and incurred costs fee, or
- 100% of the deposit saved for the ticket of the Egypt Acro Convention 2025
Any already incurred individual travel expenses can unfortunately not be covered.
