Occasionally we take pictures at our shows that may be used on social media, our web page, or for advertising purposes. Signed membership form will be deemed as acceptance of the RELEASE OF LIABILITY and RELEASE OF ANY COPYRIGHTS to the photographs we take and of GRANTING PERMISSION to use them if you are in the photograph. I hereby absolve and release the RDSC and all parties connected with or hired by from any claims for damages or injuries to myself, horse(s), equipment or any of my attendants while practicing, exercising, or competing at the RDSC arena or events. By typing my name below, I hereby agree to assume personal responsibility for any damages caused by my horse(s) or me. I agree that I have read the above and understand it fully.
