SpeakEasy University - A Deep Dive into "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time”
For our second semester of SpeakEasy University, we will explore an in-depth analysis of theatre producing and arts administration by walking through the production process of a specific show, THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME. Each week, a different part of the theatre industry will be covered, illustrated through the lens of CURIOUS INCIDENT.

The course will be open to new participants (as it will include introductory concepts for each topic), as well as those who completed the first semester of SpeakEasy University (as it will delve more specifically into the work). Anyone interested in learning more about how professional theatre companies operate should join, including current students, early-career arts practitioners, and anyone who loves theatre and wants to learn more.

Offered every Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:15pm, SpeakEasy University will be accessible via Zoom.

NOTE: While attendees are welcome to join us for all eight weeks, it is not required to participate. The program can be consumed A LA CARTE, with those attending sessions that interest them or fit into their schedule.

The sessions are all "Pay What You Can" (recommended per session: $20 general admission, $5 student rate).
