Coaching: Each team will have one head coach and two assistant coaches. 14u, 16u, and 18u. Coaches will be paid a stipend in four quarterly payments throughout the 2022-2023 season (Sept, Dec, March, June) All hotel and travel expenses will be paid for by the organization. Travel expenses include: gas mileage, rental cars, and flights. There are two seasons throughout 2022-2023 which will consist of the same roster for the entire year:

Our first practice will take place on August 14th. We will practice every Sunday at Heritage Park in Crete, IL until our first fall tournament. Our first fall tournament will take place on Sept 2nd. The teams will play approximately 6-8 fall tournaments between September and the end of October. Practices and winter tournaments will continue through early January. Winter practices will be for 3 hours on Sundays and for 2 hours on a weekday (Wednesday or Thursday evening between the hours of 6-9pm at the Pullman Center). Breaking for winter holidays, practice resumes in January through early March. We do not play during the high school season. The summer will continue once the girls are back from high school ball. We will compete in National qualifiers over the weekends, college exposure tournaments and two week long tournaments. (Colorado and Nationals) Nationals will be determined based on convenience. (PGF or Alliance) Nationals is not an option and will be expected of every team!

Lessons: We will have a list of staff members that the players can choose from if they would like to take one on one lessons! Lessons days/times will be determined based on the availability of the instructor and the athlete requesting the lessons. We will provide: Hitting lessons, Slapping lessons, Pitching Lessons, Catching Lessons, Infield Lessons and Outfield Lessons. Lessons will be given in either 30 min or 1 hour increments!

(For 30 mins, Teflon girls will be charged $35. For 1 hour lessons, Teflon girls will be charged $55.)
(For anyone OUTSIDE of the organization, lessons will be $45 for 30 mins and $75 for 1 hour.)

Skills Clinic: Guest Appearances! For those who are unable to coach or be an instructor, but would like to run a skills clinic for the girls! We are open to working with whatever days/times you have available. All workers will be compensated. (1-3 day clinics)

Support Staff: Will assist with scheduling, managing fundraisers and overall organization of the program.
