Count me IN for three weeks of Friday Night Lights.
What is it? 3 weeks where EHP Comes together on Friday nights and performs the CrossFit Open Workout of the week. Rx, Scaled, Master's, Teens, Adaptive, Elevate and Bootcamp versions of the workout will all be available to accommodate ALL ability levels.
5-8pm Friday February 25th, March 4th, March 11th.
$25 entry fee gets you access to a Friday Night Lights T-shirt, a certified judge, and sponsor items during those three weeks!
