Welcome, Sisters in Christ!

 Our Lord encourages us to gather and immerse ourselves in His Word of Truth. Each woman has a number of special callings in this life–learning more about these callings together provides encouragement for the journey. Whatever your life situation, a call to “retreat” from your normal routine is yet another way the Spirit can bring blessings in your life.

Please join us for an event focused on "Seeking God in  a Noisy World." We are excited to have Amber Albee Swenson join us for our retreat. Amber is active as a writer, writing books and blogging for Time of Grace, along with hosting a podcast, and speaks at conferences and churches across the country with the main goal in mind: "I want you to know and love God more."

5:15p.m -6:00 p.m. – Meal in Fellowship Hall of Good Shepard Lutheran 

6:00p.m-7:00 p.m. – First session with Amber Albee Swenson in Sanctuary

7:00p.m-8:00 p.m. – Refresh Afterglow Dessert/Ice cream Social 

Saturday, May 4

8:00a.m-9:00 a.m. – Renew Light Breakfast 

9:00a.m-10:00 a.m. –Second session with Amber Albee Swenson in Sanctuary

10:00a.m-10:30 – Break

10:30a.m-11:30 a.m. – Third session with Amber Albee Swenson in Sanctuary

11:30 a.m. – Closing with Lunch served in Fellowship Hall

We especially encourage guests that may be searching for a faith-growing opportunity; perhaps not fully understanding what church is all about or having limited experience with religious affiliation.
