Local Organizer´s Role and Responsibilities

The Role and Responsibilities of the LO include:
a) Defining, in coordination with his/her local YC, the selection process and criteria for the GeCCo participants and runner-ups from the country he/she represents.
b) Communication of information relevant to the competition from the GeCCo organizing team to participants and vice versa, provided to him/her by GeCCo LO Manager.
c) Promotion of GeCCo in his/her country with the support of the GeCCo Core Team
d) Right to the participation without further selection process to the GeCCo. (LO´s place in the competition is reserved. LO involved also in the GeCCo Core Team resign from this right.)
e) In case of withdrawal from the Role, the LO has to leave the GeCCo organizing team a 10-day notice or arrange for a replacement.
