Applications are being accepted only until June 16th, 2023 at 4:00pm. Applications received after this date will only be reviewed if spaces remain. Applications with missing or fraudulent information will not be accepted.
Applicants are reviewed by the BIA Events Manager based on the DGBIA’s criteria for suitability within the Event. Once authorized, you will be contacted by the BIA Events Manager. Applicants are to receive confirmation of acceptance and attendance on a rolling basis, until June 30th 2023.
Vendors for Downtown Palooza will be charged a vendor fee (between $50 to $75, based on number of vendors). Vendors can either bring their own 10x10ft tent and equipment for their set up, or share a tent space with another vendor using BIA equipment.
Fees are non-refundable; Upon vendor acceptance, vendors must make their payment within 48 HOURS. Without timely payment, vendor spaces will not be saved, and will be offered to the next approved vendor.
