This is a remote (yet with a team who'll always be there for you!), entry level full-time position (around 40 weekly hours).

A Customer Experience Specialist I at Worldpackers offers an efficient & outstanding service to all people interested in becoming part of the Worldpackers’ community, applying the Worldpackers’ Use Terms and Policies.
Technical / Human Skills required for this position:
- Analysis, reports & Google Spreadsheet familiarity;- Great written communication in English & Spanish;- Understanding Portuguese and have a good written communication in it is a plus;- Organization, multitasking & meeting deadlines;
- Non-Violent Communication, Empathy and Active Listening;
- Problem-solving and Negotiation;
- Customer-centric view and promptiness.
The main activities for this position are:
- Replying to travelers’ emails and messages through Worldpackers’ official channels;
- Offering the best & most efficient support to our travelers' community by solving travelers' doubts and offering solutions to problems they may face during their experiences;
- Applying the Worldpackers Policies and Terms of Service across all area decision-making processes;
- Educating and retaining users through different types of content;
- Collecting and reporting relevant feedback and data from users;
- Identifying area/product/service improvements and reporting them to the team leadership;
- Tracking both your personal and team development through performance metrics;
- Partnering with all WP teams to offer the best possible product for travelers.
