Gift Aid is reclaimed by the Colne Valley Park Trust from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

I want to Gift Aid my qualifying contributions and any that I make in the future or have made in the past four years to the Colne Valley Park Trust. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/ or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference

It will be stored securely, treated confidentially and used to process my membership application as a Friend of the Colne Valley Park. This information will also be used to address envelopes for the distribution of the newsletter and to communicate with me (via email, post and telephone) details of the Trust’s activities and general information concerning the Trust. This form will be destroyed when a new membership renewal form is received or when the membership is cancelled. This information will not be disclosed to any third party.
