Congratulations on considering going on Teen ACTS Retreat at St. Joseph - Honey Creek. Submit the following form to register. There is a limited amount of spaces available this year. Registration opens Saturday, 5/16 @12 noon. Registrations will stay open for a waiting list through 5/29/20. The cost is $160 for the retreat. Lastly, you will receive a confirmation email about your reservation. At that time, you will have two weeks to fill out the online paperwork and submit non-refundable deposit of $50 or you will be moved to the end of the waiting list.
