FHES PTA Nominating Form and Interest Survey 

Thank you for your interest in serving as a FHES PTA officer, committee member, or volunteer during the 2023-2024 school year. The purpose of this form is to ensure that every FHES parent, guardian, and caregiver has the opportunity to shape, participate in, and feel a valued member of our vibrant school community. To that end, we kindly request that you submit this form by ***MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2023.*** Alternatively, you may submit by the same deadline a paper form to the FHES Front Office in an envelope labeled “PTA Nominating Committee".

Please note that this is not your only chance to volunteer. There will be many additional opportunities throughout the school year to engage with FHES and the PTA. The purpose of this call is to ensure that officers and committee chairs are in place and ready to hit the ground running in the 2023-2024 school year.

Upon submission of this form, the Nominating Committee will review and contact interested parties.
