ROAD Leadership and Mentoring program for girls is a two-pronged project aimed towards development and improvement of the well-being of university students in all aspects of their campus life - personal, academic, social, cultural and inter-personal relationships - where the students strive for personal and academic excellence through the exercise of core values. Furthermore, the university students would transfer knowledge and skills learnt and practiced to teens in an underprivileged secondary school, Holy Trinity Secondary School, Atteridgeville.

This program is open to female students undergoing tertiary education.
