FAFM 2024 SUMMER Community Booth Application
Welcome to application for the  2024 Summer FREE COMMUNITY BOOTH OUTREACH Program!

The Community Booth Program is designed to offer Clubs and other organizations that support local community interests a chance to reach out to the Fort Atkinson Community at large. These organizations are often but not limited to supporting Non-Profit Charities, Education, or Health Services.

While organizations may have links to religious or political groups they are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from religious or political messaging or advertising Political or Religious endeavors.

Example: A church may have a bake sale to benefit the homeless or raise funds for a new roof, but are prohibited from preaching to, lecturing, or attempts at converting guests of the market.

NOTICE: There has also been a small change to the Free Booth Policy.  While booths are still free twice per year for each approved applicant we do require a small volunteer service in exchange. Applicants can choose between either providing 2 volunteers for our Shopping Buddies Program, or Supervising the Kid's Craft (under the guidance of Market Management) at their booth.

We're so happy to have you! If you have any questions regarding the Summer Market, please contact the Market Manager, Aimee Leonard at manager.fortfarmersmarket@gmail.com or call 920-397-9070

PERMITS
While you do not need a seller's permit to vend with us ALL vendors, including community booths must fill out a 240 form from our office in order to keep the market as a whole in compliance with state regulations each year.

We will provide you with the form on the first day you join us at the market and help you fill it out as needed.

More information on Seller Permits can be found HERE if you would like to know more.

I understand that I am obligated to fill out the 240 form (or have already in 2024) in order to participate, even if I am exempt.

CHOICE OF VOLUNTEER OPTION

To increase a community booth's visibility and engagement with guests at the Market we ask Community booths to choose one of the following two options:

1 Host the kid's craft for the day(s) signed up.
Market Management will guide you in organizing appropriate crafts or activities that are child friendly and within your organizations budget.

2, Provide 2 volunteers to assist customers under the "Shopping Buddies" program.
The shopping buddies program assists elderly or mobility challenged individuals around the market or to their vehicles with their purchases. These volunteers will be provided aprons to wear to help guests identify them.
