Panel submissions will close Friday, May 31, 2024. You will be notified of acceptance by email by Friday, June 21, 2024. You will then need to confirm your acceptance by email no later than June 30, 2024.

Before filling out this form, please be sure you read our Panel Rules and Guidelines for the 2024 year. As a reminder, Matsuricon runs panels until 2 AM. Panels are 45 minutes by default. If you need more time, please note this information under "Additional Panel Description."
