This form will gather basic information about you and ensure you are in alignment with the philosophy of the writing retreat. This is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The form will also inform us of what you would like to experience at the retreat. Be advised that submitting this form does not guarantee admittance to the retreat. You will be sent a separate email with that information. If you would like a payment plan for the cost, it is recommended that you submit your interest form by July 30.
