PTC Summer Academies
FOR STUDENTS ENTERING 8th through 10th GRADE IN THESE SCHOOL DISTRICTS:
WOODLAND | BLACKWELL | TONKAWA | NEWKIRK | PONCA CITY

Complete form and pay non-refundable, non-transferrable *$25 fee per academy.  Deadline for enrollment forms is May 28, 2021. Late applications not accepted, classes limited to 10 students. Each participant requires a separate registration. NOTE: PTC is limited to 10 spaces per class and only 2 academies per participant. Depending on demand, additional sessions may be offered. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM COMPLETELY.
