As the search begins for a permanent BCSC Director, members of the search committee are holding open listening sessions with different constituencies who are invested in the search to hear their hopes for the search. This process and the feedback and input gathered will help the committee in a number of important ways: crafting a final job that represents the community's hopes for the position and its work; further developing a transparent process, especially the on-campus interview stage, that empowers community participation; educating the search committee about the hopes of the community for the search as they begin their work; and providing meaningful information that can help the chosen candidate better understand the hopes of the community as they transition to Brown.

Each listening session will be held the week of February 16th and 23rd. If you were not able to attend the applicable scheduled listening session, or have further thoughts after attending a listening session, please submit them to the search committee using this form. We will review responses to this form throughout the search process.
