Northumberland CVA is a local infrastructure organisation (LIO) and independent membership organisation delivering support for the voluntary and community sector in Northumberland. We are a charity and a company limited by guarantee.

Having a strong membership helps us to achieve our mission to engage, stimulate and inspire the creation and development of strong, sustainable and vibrant communities in Northumberland and the surrounding areas.
Our membership covers every corner of Northumberland and has two levels, full and associate. Membership is open to any voluntary and community sector groups, clubs and organisations based within or operating in Northumberland, as well as to organisations such as community councils, charitable incorporated companies and social enterprises.
Our membership offers access to a range of valuable benefits and brings with it some responsibilities, such as responding to surveys, raising any issues that could affect the sector in Northumberland and making every effort to attend our AGMs. Find out more at:
