****The Clubhouse may only be rented out by Swanson Pool members****
The rental includes THREE HOURS of Clubhouse use. The three hours include set up, tear down, and clean up. If more time is needed, additional hours may be purchased at $35/ per hour. Please be mindful of your time as others may be renting the space after you. For non-membered guest, please purchase passes. Passes can be purchased at the time of reservation, or the day of party.
Rental Fee is $75.00 We also will ask for a REFUNDABLE ** Cleaning Deposit of $25.00 to be provided on the day of your event. **Please provide CASH for your cleaning deposit so that it may be easily returned upon post-party inspection of the clubhouse.
Rental fee will be invoiced to provided email once party date is confirmed as available. PARTY WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNTIL FEE IS PAID IN FULL. Pool passes can be purchased on the day of rental. Please notify pool manager if your guest count increases significantly as we may have to make staffing adjustments.

Guest Passes prices as follows. Guest are non members who will need a day pass to swim on the day of the event. If you have swimmers who are already Swanson members, they DO NOT need a guest pass.
