Please fill out the following form in order to be added to the commission lottery wait-list. Due to the high demand, we've  decided to move forward with commissions via a lottery for available spots as they become available. If you are chosen at random to have your commission competed, you will be contacted via your indicated preferred method of contact and required to put down a $25 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot as one of the selected 3 commissions. Once it's your portrait's turn to be completed, you will be required to pay 50% off the total commission cost less the $25 deposit.
