Welcome to Caledonia Park School's Notice of Intention Form. As we prepare for the 2022-23 school year, this form will play an important role in assisting our school in its planning and staffing. We are asking parents to assist us in this process by indicating to us as soon as possible if they are contemplating a move or will be returning to Caledonia.
