8th grade students may take:

two (2) Full Year electives
OR two (2) Semester (half-year) electives and 1 Full Year elective
OR four (4) Semester (half-year) electives

It is recommended that 8th grade students select at least 1 semester of a Career & Technology Education course and at least 1 semester of a Visual & Performing Art course.

Elective course offerings are determined by staffing, enrollment and/or school facilities. Because schedule changes may not be possible, electives must be chosen carefully. Students are not guaranteed enrollment in the elective of their choice.
