PEAK APPLICATION 2020

The Peak program is an intense small group basketball training program which runs throughout the school year. We are looking for strong, serious athletes who are entering grades 9-12 in September 2020 and have aspirations to play at the post-secondary level. If you fall outside of this criteria, please fill out an application and explain your circumstances in the final question at the bottom of this form.


NOTE: Although applications are now open, the review process will be ongoing with final decisions being made by August 24th. All applicants will be notified regardless of status however priority will be given to returning athletes.
