1. I commit myself to participate and involve in the project were I am going to be selected and were I choose to be responsible
2. I am aware that in order to benefit from this TC I agree with all the conditions of reimbursement (only if I provide original tickets on time I can get the money for transportation back)
3. I am aware that obtaining a health and a travel insurance are my own responsibility and at my own expenses. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.
4. I am aware that I can benefit for volunteering contract or certificate being involved in NGO's activities.
5. The application form will be processed electronically. All personal data (such as names, addresses, etc.) will be processed in pursuant to Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, currently Regulation (EC) No 45/2001. Any personal data requested will only be used for the intended purpose, i.e. the processing of your application in accordance with the specifications of the call for proposals, the management of the administrative and financial aspects of the project if eligible and the dissemination of results through appropriate Erasmus+ IT tools.
