SPONSORSHIP CHAIRPERSON: Contacts local businesses to seek sponsorships for school t-shirts, events and parties.
WELCOME BACK WEEK CHAIRPERSON: Handles the welcome back activities and lunch for the teachers prior to start of school year.
TEACHER APPRECIATION CHAIRPERSON: Handles the teacher appreciation week activities and lunch for teachers.
FUNDRAISING CHAIRPERSON: Heads up committee for the school fundraiser in the Fall.
WINTER HOLIDAY PARTY CHAIRPERSON: Heads up the committee for the Winter School Party.
SCHOOL REWARDS COORDINATOR: Handles Amazon Smile, Kroger Rewards and Box Tops.
STAR POLISHER GIFT COORDINATOR: Handles getting a gift for the Star Polisher recipient each month.
The following Committees are in need of 2-3 volunteers to assist the Chairperson: (Please check all that you might be interested in serving on.)
FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE: Assists in planning the annual Folsom fundraiser and event. Will help plan and execute all activities associated with promoting and setting up the event.
SCHOOL PARTY COMMITTEE: This group plans and executes the Winter and End of Year Parties for all students. Vice President heads up this committee. * 2-3 people for committee.
FAMILY FUN COMMITTEE: Coordinates any of the school social events, sponsored by the PTO. These events include Trunk or Treat and Family Fun Bingo night.
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE: Helps with welcome back, teacher appreciation and holiday luncheon.
OTHER: Would like to be contacted throughout the year to help with PTO activities as needed.
