This form is the only way to request a parking pass. Please see https://collegehouses.org/parking/ for more parking information. COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT RESERVE A PARKING PASS. Parking is first-come, first-serve and will be offered in the order of the requests received. Sometime after requesting, you will be sent a Parking Pass Agreement via Docusign that will have specific information pertaining to the parking pass and will require your signature, payment, and insurance proof. DO NOT PAY FOR THE PARKING PASS BEFOREHAND, you will be prompted to pay on Docusign, similar to when you paid for the deposit when you signed your lease. Your parking pass is reserved once you complete the Parking Pass Agreement AND College Houses counter-signs the Parking Pass Agreement. Once College Houses counter-signs, you will receive a copy of the agreement which will have the parking pass number you will receive. Before active towing starts, you will receive the parking pass from a house officer or CH staff.  

Parking passes are only offered for the current school year and will not be offered any sooner than the summer before the school year.
