You are welcome to select more than one volunteer roll in the same time frame and we will try to utilize you where you're most needed at the time. All time frames are approximate and may be completed in less time. You will receive a t-shirt and volunteer lanyard at a volunteer meeting the week of the event. Physical set up - 12PM-2PM (Setting up tents: overhead lifting)

Physical Tear down - 11PM-1AM (Tearing down all tents)

Physical Tear down - 10:30PM-12:30AM (Packing up tables and chairs at venues)

Physical Tear down - 10:30PM-12:30AM (Collecting signage, Pylons, etc.)
