PARTY PACKAGES -
* Toddler Party (1-3yrs) Free play, £90
Duration 1.5hrs, 30 mins wraparound room time (extra hrs can be requested where needed. Additional room fee will apply).
For a toddler party, the room can be set up with any of the following - 10ft bouncy castle, 8ft blow ball pit, mini trampoline, soft play/tumble equipment, mini games, cones, hoops, number ladders, giant building blocks.
Party Selfie Frame, Music System, Disco & Strobe Lights. Free Mini Sweet Party Bag for every child included.
* Dance Party - (4-10yrs), Coach led, £130
Duration 2hrs,
Included, Meet & Greet our Birthday Girl/Boy (TDS Mascot), 60 minute Party Games led by one of our Coaches, 15-30 mins food time, 15-30 mins Mega Games, Free Play & Disco. Party Selfie Frame, Music System, Disco & Strobe Lights. Free Mini Sweet Party Bag for every child included. 10ft Bouncy Castle OR Just Dance projector set up can be included in Free Play time.
* Tumble Party - (4-10yrs), Coach led, £130
Duration 2hrs,
Included, Meet & Greet our Birthday Girl/Boy (TDS Mascot), 60 minute Tumble session led by one of our Coaches, 15-30 mins food time, 30 mins Free Tumble Time & Disco. Mega Games can be brought out if requested. Party Selfie Frame, Music System, Disco & Strobe Lights. Free Mini Sweet Party Bag for every child included.
Please Note, for Tumble parties the dress code is leggings/shorts/tshirts for safety across the equipment
* Saturday Night "Mini Rave" Glow Party, (7-16yrs), Coach led, £160
Duration 2hrs,
Included, Meet & Greet our Birthday Girl/Boy, Neon UV Glow face & body paint application (we provide this) - design yourself as crazy as you can! Glow rods for every participant, 60 minutes of dance "follow the leader" rave to party dances and Party Games! (Might need the lights on for this!), Party Selfie Frame, Music System, Disco & Strobe/UV Lights. Free Mini Sweet Party Bag & glass of "champagne" for every child included.
Please Note, for Glow Parties, we recommend you tell your guests to attend in florescent clothing so they glow up even more under the lights!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PARTIES.
1) Our Party fee includes the room hire, equipment hire, Coach led session (where applicable), music & lighting systems, free mini sweet party bags, selfie frame, free mascot appearance (when booked in advance) and free "champagne" & glow rods within the Mini Rave Party.
2) A member of staff will remain on the premises at all times to support you during your party. All members of staff have an enhanced DBS, Safeguarding and are First Aid trained.
3) Maximum of 15 participants per party.
4) It is recommended parents "drop off" and "pick up" the children for all parties age 4+ although you are welcome to sit in the Party Room next door until the children are ready to eat!
5) Fully matted floor surface for safety.
6) No outdoor shoes on the mats in the main studio. Both children and adults will need to wear socks/grip socks.
7) No food to be consumed on the equipment / whilst using the equipment.
8) No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
9) Balloons and decorations are welcome with blue-tak. No confetti please!
10) You can bring your own party food to be consumed in the Party Room. Please let us know if you need anything refrigerating.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS - THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE
1) Face painting / glitter tattoos are available for an additional £10 across any party.
2) The TDS mascot can attend for a photo opportunity with the Birthday Superstar and their friends free of charge
3) Personalised party glow rods, birthday sash & cold cups can be made for your party from ELEVATE Attire & Accessories - please speak with us for prices
4) Snack platter for an additional £2pp which includes a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cookies, crisps, yoghurt, and cup drinks. Food is to be consumed in our Party Room next door. Please take any additional rubbish with you (Anything you might bring).
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
£40 deposit to be paid for all parties to secure the date. Providing nothing is damaged/broken, the deposit will be returned via BACS within 24hrs of the party ending.
Full Balance to be paid 24hrs before the Party.
Cancellations made within the 24hr period before the party will incur the loss of the deposit. Any cancellations made with more than 24hrs to go will not be charged.
Please Note, it is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian booking the party to ensure everyone attending is of a sound mind and body to participate in the activities booked. (i.e someone wearing an arm cast will not be permitted to use a bouncy castle). If you are unsure of allergies of your group please first check with any grown ups before issuing the Free Mini Sweet Party Bags / using the UV face & body paint etc.
