Not to address the religious, cultural or political aspect of the country and not offend modesty and carry a sublime and purposeful message.

General Terms:
1. The competition is open for movies filmed by all types of media and cameras including smart device cameras.
2. Dubai Culture and Arts Authority does not bear any legal responsibility for the right to produce the movie and its rights
3. Dubai Culture reserves the right to exclude any movie that exceeds the allowed period or contains technical problems in sound and image in a way that hinders its display or if it contains material that is offensive or racist or contrary to customs or any movies that are not related to the competition, or that the movie has participated in Previous competitions.
4. The participant's age should be from 15 and above.
5. The entries will be presented to a panel of judges for the commission internally or externally.
6. The applicant undertakes that he possesses all rights related to the movie and all its related materials, such as statements and disclaimers, and that he is entitled to submit the movie and related materials to participate in the creativity competition.
7. The movie submission form must be completed separately for each movie submitted, and entries must apply no later than 15 September 2020
8. The movie must not have been previously broadcasted or shown on any TV channel, digital platform or website, mobile phone, or any other known public platform.
9. The final release version of the short movie must be presented in MP4 format.
10. Once the movie has been sent to Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the director must agree to display his movie through social media or YouTube channels and in the event of any other media or marketing uses of the competition.
11. Participation in the festival means acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

The applicant declares that Dubai Culture will not bear any responsibility in any way for any malfunction, damage or loss of any kind, and whatever its nature is as a result of participation, approval, viewing the movie or submitting related materials, and therefore the applicant will not hold the Authority any legal responsibility., and it will not be charged with any claims, actions or procedures or bear any costs for any losses or damages as a result of participation, approval, viewing the movie or submitting related materials.
