Faced with growing concerns surrounding housing affordability for its residents and workforce, Bath County, with support from the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC), have begun the work to complete a Housing Needs Assessment and Market Analysis Study. They have engaged the services of Camoin 310 to complete this report.

The purpose of this survey is to understand how the current housing situation in Bath County may be impacting employers in the county. This information will be used in combination with a data analysis of the existing housing market and projected housing demand into the future.
