The Mental Health and Mindfulness Lab is a space to come together and support each other in empathy and connection. This is a monthly lab with our first meeting starting on January 27th, 2022. The lab is meant to be a co-created space where lab members bring their learnings of mental health and mindfulness to share with the group.
There will be opportunities to be witnessed and held (simultaneously witnessing and holding) as well as time for reflection and peace. The space is meant for anyone who is seeking to practice expressing and listening to thoughts and emotions.
Leslie is an MFT candidate and a regular practitioner of mindfulness meditation and yoga. She will bring learnings from her program courses to each meeting.
Meetings: Every 4th Thursday of the month from 5pm - 7pm PST (Starting January 27, 2022)
