This is where we collect data on ALT volunteers.  We do this for two reasons:

1) We want to invite you to work parties!

2) Our partners at the US Forest Service collect demographic data when we submit our volunteer hours.  In order to report all that information on our volunteers, we need to collect it.  They ask questions about age, ethnicity, disability, and veteran status.  They want to know that our group is diverse and inclusive.  

The only required field on this form is your email address, but please provide as much information as you are comfortable so we can provide demographic data to our partners.
