Welcome to the South Haven High School Band Program!

By signing this form, you are making a commitment to be in the HS Band Program for next year.

Your schedule will not be changed after this form is signed.  A lot of money will be spent purchasing and creating materials specifically for you.  Drill for where students go on the field is custom written for the exact people that sign up for band and can not be changed later.  This is a team...following through is a commitment and expectation.

Without signing this document, a spot will not be held for you in the program.

A schedule for the ENTIRE marching band season has been sent to you.

Everything on the schedule is mandatory, unless otherwise specified.

Put all of these dates with reminders in your own calendar, phone, or devices.

Missing something on the schedule will have consequences, including grade reductions.

ALL previously scheduled conflicts must be resolved with the Director  prior to the end of the current school year.  
After that, conflicts will not be excused.
