Leadership Institute Application - 2024
The Stronger Together Alliance, a collective impact consortium based in Attleboro, is hosting its first Leadership Institute for leaders of organizations whose mission is to provide services and programs to meet the basic needs of individuals within the Greater Attleboro communities. 

Goal of the Leadership Institute:
To provide capacity-building professional development for leaders of these organizations; break down the silos that many organizational leaders often find themselves in; and forge more collaboration and less duplication between our community's nonprofit service providers.

Dates & Times:

5 consecutive weeks

Tuesday mornings, May 14 - June 11, 2024

8:30 AM -12:00 PM

Bristol Community College - Attleboro Campus

Please note that all applicants must be willing and able to attend all sessions in order to be selected to participate.

Session Topics

The exact order of each session will be provided at a later date. Each session will be led by an expert in the topic of the session, with general facilitation provided by a lead facilitator.  

  • Employee recruitment and retention 
  • Addressing workplace conflict
  • Marketing and outreach
  • Fundraising 
  • Community knowledge and partnership development

Participation Fee
All selected applicants will be asked to pay participation fee of $150. Payment details will be shared with selected applicants.

*Please note that the Leadership Institute is partially grant funded.
