Planning has already begun for the upcoming Festival of Trees, and WCHS is looking for volunteers who are interested in helping WCHS staff create our best display ever.

In which areas are you interested in volunteering? *

CREATE ITEMS for use in the upcoming Festival (custom decorations, set preparation, crafting, etc. Creation of items is ongoing all year long and can be done on site or at home, and can consist of one small project or many larger ones.

TREE SET-UP (remove trees from boxes, set up, fluff, and position trees for decorating). Tree set-up begins at the end of October and is completed by Nov 15

HELP WCHS DECORATE THEIR TREES & DISPLAYS (under the direction & plan of the WCHS staff)

JOIN THE PLANNING COMMITTEE (meets monthly to come up with ideas, themes and strategies for current & future years)

JOIN THE MARKETING COMMITTEE (meets monthly starting in August to plan, create, and implement fun and creative marketing ideas to share the event)
