Children's Summer Programs Volunteer Form
Please fill out this form if you are interested in helping out with Totus Tuus and/or VBS this summer! Fill out a separate one for each person in your family who would like to volunteer. You will be contacted by the Formation Office as it gets closer. Totus Tuus mainly needs adult volunteers. For VBS we would love middle and high school volunteers, as well as adults. All in-person adult volunteers 18+ will need to be current on their Archdiocesan Safe Environment Training. Parent volunteers will receive a 50% discount on registration fees. (If you have a upcoming 6th grader who would prefer to volunteer rather than participate in VBS, please contact Elisabeth in the Formation Office directly at 303-233-1283 or ekrick@fatimalakewood.org.)

Help with the Wednesday, June 7th Parish Potluck.
Provide a snack and deliver by 9:45 AM for the daytime Children's Program.
Provide a snack for the evening Middle School and High School Program.
Volunteer in the morning to help out in the 1st or 2nd grade classroom (8:45 AM - 11:45 AM).
Volunteer in the afternoon to help in the 1st or 2nd grade classroom (11:45 AM - 2:45 PM).
