Living Your Truth is an 8-week long, virtual workshop for adults to learn how to live a life that aligns with their values and gives them a sense of fulfilment and purpose. Everyone can benefit from this group because we all feel a little lost sometimes and need to embrace our true selves.
DURATION: January 24th- March 14th, 2023
WHERE: via Zoom video conferencing
WHEN: Tuesdays from 1pm-2pm MST (Arizona Time)
WHO: Open to all adults in the US (participants in other states will need to adjust the time of the workshop to their respective time zone.)

A very unique and helpful component of this workshop is that we will be using a team collaboration app in order to communicate with the group facilitator and other group participants in between group meetings. This means that you will not only receive support during the actual group meetings, but you will also receive support throughout your week! The app helps you to connect with the other group participants, hold each other accountable and feel motivated while working towards your goals.
