Call for Trainers ITDM 25-28th of November
Following is the application to become a trainer at this year's International Training in Disaster Medicine in Uppsala, Sweden.

For this ITDM, 25 participants (trainees) will be granted a spot. Over the course of these three days, we will arrange a minimum of 24 hours of training. As the trainers, you will be required to organize the sessions. Information used during the training might come from former presentations, TdmT presentations and other reliable sources (official UN information, peer reviewed papers).
Mandatory sessions will include:
   ● Introduction to Disaster Medicine
   ● Disaster Management - (prehospital and hospital, triage)
   ● Public health in a disaster setting
   ● International coordination - (Cluster System Approach, OCHA)
   ● Information on how to further get involved in disaster medicine activities/programs
   ● Take home initiatives/activities to implement at a local and national level

We provide you with following:
   ● 3 days of accommodation
   ● Meals
   ● Social and cultural programme
   ● Travel expenses (up to 1500 SEK, approx. 150 EUR, possibility to cover more if the budget allows)

Deadline to apply is on the 15th of October. We will get in touch whether or not you get accepted hopefully within the upcoming week.
