HOSA Expo dates and times:

March 6th: 7:00 AM Exhibitor Check-In and set up begins

March 6th: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Exhibits Open

March 7th: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Exhibits Open prior to closing ceremony

The Expo location will be a high traffic area in the lobby directly in front of Horner Hall.

March 6th should be the busiest traffic day. Exhibitors are free to exhibit on the 6th only or for both days.

Exhibit Space and Fee:
$150.00 dollars per organization
A skirted 6 foot table and two chairs will be provided.
Electricity is available for an additional fee, contact for details.

Plan for approximately 800 HOSA advisors and members.
