Images submitted should resemble the medium/style of those you intend to showcase at BAF                                                                                                        Send images to BAFsubmissions@gmail.com with the subject heading: DIGITAL SUBMISSION, BAF   valid files types: .jpeg or .png  Maximum size: images should be 72 dpi and no larger than 1024 x 1024 pixels and 4mb (max) in size. Images that exceed this size will be automatically resized to fit and may be distorted.  Minimum size: no less than 500 x 500 pixels (height & width) and 72 dpi   File Names should be as follows: YOUR NAME_IMAGE NUMBER OR TITLE_YEAR

 Payment must be received within 10 days or entry will be removed.

The Birkdale Arts Festival reserves the right to deny submissions based on content or quality, at their sole discretion. Registration fees will be not processed if submission is denied. Artists are required to be on site between 8:00am - 9:00am to set up. No vehicles are permitted on site between 9:00 am and  4:00 pm - no exceptions. Latecomers will forfeit registration fee. The festival is open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Out of respect for visitors and fellow artisans, there will be no early departures. City of Toronto licensing and health regulations stipulate no homemade or pre-packaged food or snacks are permitted to be sold or displayed. Failure to follow this requirement will result in the artisan being asked to remove the items or exit from the park with no refunds. This community festival is for the show and sale of artwork that is original to participating artists.  Images of participating artists work may be used to promote the event in all multimedia and print formats. The Birkdale Arts Festival assumes no liability whatsoever for any damage or theft. Through acknowledgement below, you hereby waive all claims or causes of action against the Birkdale Arts Festival.
