Please be advised that all equipment must be retrieved and returned to the XR Lab located on the 6th floor of 6 East 16th Street. When planning to check out equipment, it is essential to allocate at least 10-15 minutes for our XR Lab Staff member to review the headset and related safe handling protocols with you. Based on availability, a specific pick-up time will be confirmed via email in advance. Punctuality is greatly appreciated.

Kindly inform us of your preferred times to check out the requested equipment. Be informed that completed request forms are assessed daily between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. You will receive an email confirmation of your request along with a specified date and time, based on your provided availability and our staff resources.
